Dungaree Love

Being a 90s kid a pair of denim dungarees was my wardrobe staple. Denim Dungarees were initially worn by workers in America to protect their outfit. By late 1970s they had become a huge trend and in 1990s they made a come back as a fashion trend for women.

Finally, after a gap of two decades the trend again made a come back this summer. From Gigi Hadid to T-Swift everyone was spotted wearing a pair of dungarees this season.

A pair of Dungarees is one of the most comfortable outfit that I own and I just can’t get over it. Be it long or short, Dungarees, if styled well are the hottest piece of clothing you can wear. They are casual, fun and very versatile; they can be styled with various tees, footwear and hairstyles. It’s a quick, instant outfit, that takes hardly any effort to make you look casual yet very smart.

I personally love pairing my ripped dungaree with a sleeveless top which has a wide neck.

A pair of dungarees is such a statement in its own that it doesn’t require to be styled with accessories. But if you really want to, a simple pair of hoops or shades go a long way in lifting up the looks effect.

Dungarees are the way to go if you want to switch your looks every now and then. As winter is just around the corner, I paired my dungarees with a full sleeves striped top. You can also pair them with off shoulder and turtle neck tops. A nice cardigan or jacket over it would add a little more style to your outfit. I have finished this look with my favorite pair of white shoes.
